The Thermory movable alder sauna bench is a freestanding, ready-made element that adds seating almost anywhere in the hot room. It measures 657 mm long by 400 mm wide and stands 300 mm high, so it slots neatly into most bench arrangements. Alder is a longstanding favourite in traditional saunas: it resists twisting and warping, does not overheat, and shows a light brown colour with warm pink undertones. Ready-made elements like this are a straightforward, budget-friendly route for DIY sauna projects.
