About Us
Bramble & Bolt is a UK online retailer of saunas and sauna equipment. Our range covers outdoor and indoor sauna cabins, electric and wood-burning sauna heaters, sauna stones and spare parts, controls and lighting, timber and building materials, sauna doors, steam room equipment, outdoor hot tubs and wellness accessories. We also sell a smaller, separate range of home and garden products.
Who makes the products
We are an independent retailer. The products we sell are made by established manufacturers, including Narvi, HUUM, Helo, Tulikivi, IKI, Thermory and Finnmark Sauna, and each product page names the brand. We do not manufacture these products, and we are not an authorised dealer for any brand unless a product page says so.
Who you are buying from
When you order on this website, your contract is with Bramble & Bolt. We take your payment and are your point of contact for your order, delivery questions, cancellations, returns, faults and warranty claims. Your statutory rights as a consumer are against us as the seller.
Before you buy a sauna
A sauna cabin or heater depends on your space, your electrical supply, your foundations and delivery access. Product pages set out the specifications we hold, and our FAQ explains what to check. If anything is unclear or missing, please contact us before you order rather than after.
Prices and delivery
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The delivery charge for your order is calculated at checkout and shown, with the full amount you will pay, before you are asked for payment details. Large items such as sauna cabins and hot tubs travel by freight, so please contact us before ordering one so that we can confirm delivery arrangements for your address.
