  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms govern your use of our online shop and purchases made through it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

  1. PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours and images accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, packaging changes and device displays.

Product packaging, minor design details or manufacturer specifications may change. Any substitute will not materially differ from what was ordered without your agreement.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended purpose, except where you have made that purpose known to us and reasonably relied on our advice.

  1. PRICES

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling.

The product price, delivery charge and total payable are shown before you submit payment.

Where VAT is applicable, displayed consumer prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

We may change prices prospectively, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order. You may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement after placing an order. This does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

The contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline an order where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Delivery is unavailable to the address

  • Product or pricing information contains an obvious error

  • Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected

  • A legal or regulatory restriction prevents fulfilment

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

  1. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment-card information is handled through the secure checkout environment and is not ordinarily stored directly by Bramble & Bolt.

  1. AVAILABILITY

Products advertised as available are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

We will not knowingly advertise products that we cannot reasonably supply.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery areas, charges and available services are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

Please provide accurate delivery information.

Risk generally passes when the goods enter your physical possession or the possession of a person you nominated to receive them.

  1. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Your cancellation, return, repair, replacement and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving online purchases to notify us of cancellation, subject to legal exceptions.

Choosing a size, colour, heater package or other option offered on a product page does not make a product personalised or made to your specification, so the normal cancellation right applies to it.

Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.

  1. PRODUCT SAFETY

Read and follow all instructions, warnings and age restrictions supplied with a product.

Use products only for their intended purpose. Electric sauna heaters, steam generators, controllers, sauna lighting and other hard-wired equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with BS 7671 and the manufacturer's instructions. Wood-burning heaters and flues must be installed with the clearances, hearth protection and flue arrangements set out in the manufacturer's instructions and applicable Building Regulations.

Keep sauna heaters, hot surfaces, sharp tools and other hazardous products away from unsupervised children.

Product instructions and warnings do not replace your responsibility to use reasonable care.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for defective products or our negligence.

  1. WARRANTIES

Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are in addition to and do not replace statutory consumer rights.

Warranty duration and conditions vary by product and manufacturer. Where we hold the details, the product page states the warranty period and what it covers. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; we will tell you what information is needed and how the claim will be handled. A manufacturer warranty does not reduce your rights against us as the seller.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability and expiry dates.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Only one code may be used per order

  • A discount does not apply retrospectively

  • Delivery charges are excluded from percentage discounts

  • We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, technical errors or misuse

Any cancellation will not affect orders already accepted unless legally permitted.

  1. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, based on genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringe another person’s rights.

We do not pay for or publish fake reviews.

We may moderate content for legal, security and relevance reasons, but will not alter a review to misrepresent the reviewer’s opinion.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original design, text, graphics, branding and other owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or authorised-dealer status unless expressly stated and verified.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

  • Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Introduce malware

  • Scrape or copy content in violation of applicable rights

  • Interfere with website operation

  • Submit false information

  • Make fraudulent purchases or fraudulent chargeback claims

  1. LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights

  • Defective products where liability cannot be excluded

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses suffered by consumers, or for delay caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

  1. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Cookie choices can be managed through the store’s privacy or cookie controls where available.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when business practices, services or legal requirements change.

The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
